In that case, I don't want to cheap out and get another off-brand, but I don't want to spend a boatload of money on a PSU. Best Buy has a Corsair RM850x for $150. I'd say that is probably my upper bound on what I would like to spend.

Are you certain this is a PSU issue (even if it isn't I should get a new one)? I put in an old graphics card (and RX 580) and while it requires much less power than a 3080, my computer is now working.
