Recommend 2nd monitor NOT for gaming
The Asus VS247H-P is a good choice. It's 24", has a resolution of 1920x1080, supports up to 75GHz, the response time is 2ms and it's budget is about 150$. If you ask me, for its price, the Asus is a best-buy.
