    Question I need advice for pins and my gpu

    I have an RTX 2070 Gaming z which has a 6 pin and an 8 pin on it, but I currently only have a 2+6 pin cable for my EVGA supernova G2 750W because I left the other cables at my old place. Is it possible for me to use the 2+6 pin only or will I run into issues straight away?

    [SOLVED] 9700K with 2060? or 9600K with a 2070?

    I am looking to upgrade my current build from an i5 6600k/Raden RX 480 to something newer. I can either go for a 9700K/RTX 2060 or a 9600K/ 2070 I'm hesitant buying the 9700k because i don't know if the $300 price increase is worth it, but i also don't want to limit my build in future years...

    Thank you so much for that message, completely changed up what i was going to buy. I was looking into the i5 9600k and maybe spending the money saved on a 2070 rather than a 2060? Is there a big performance difference between the 9700k and the 9600k that warrants a $300 price difference? Thank you

    I currently have a 6600k paired with a Radeon 480 and am looking to upgrade my computer. Do I upgrade my motherboard to a gen 2066 socket and upgrade to an i7 7800X? Or upgrade my gpu to a 2070? I can’t get both at the same time due to budgeting. Thank you
