I have a 1tb hardrive on my pc but its reaching its limits from music samples that I use for production. I have an extra 250gb wd blue hdd in an old pc and was wondering if I could just remove it and plug it into my pc and move all my samples over? after deleting the old os off it of course.

I haven't tried that yet because I had an old graphics card and figured that was already installed. I heard you didn't necessarily have to uninstall the drivers as long as its Nvidia. Also that is a good idea, I'll have to try that out as well.

If you're still looking for graphics card I have a gt 640 that runs fine that I could sell. Only after I get my current 980ti working tho

is it possible it wont let me switch to the legacy mode? remember I have a stock HP envy.. idk if the mobo will let me due to restrictions.

Hey I have a Hp Envy and I just installed a 980ti and a new 850watt psu. The 980ti turns on; the light is on and fans spin. when I plug the screens in they don't wake, I have tried the DVI and HDMI and neither work. I plugged the screens into the mobo and they immediately turn on and work...
