Thank you for your time I took out the RAM and put it back and it worked. I don't understand why it happened but any way thanks again

ThomasLeong I cannot do anything to my computer. When I turn it on it beeps and stops after a second or two. I have written some simple console applications. But they interact when they are started. They do not run in the system tray.

ThomasLeong I haven't installed any hardware. The last software I have installed was about 3 days ago it was Visual Studio 2015

I will try now. EDIT: There is one problem I can't make any changes on the boot menu. It even doesn't get to the point of loading devices.

What I got is one short beep. It isn't in the chart. I cannot start up the computer to run any tests.

Computer is custom specs: Intel Core i3-4330 Box, Intel HD Graphics 4600, Asrock H81M-GL_3Y MB SOCKET 1150 IH81, SEAGATE HDD DESKTOP Pipeline HD, video card Sapphire R7 240 2G DDR3 PCI-E

I have been using windows 10 for about 5 months and this is the first time I experienced such an error. Without doing anything a blue screen appeared suddenly with this error IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL after that it shut down and since then when I try to turn on my PC, it beeps after about 2 seconds...
