I just put together my PC, i5 4690k with a H100i cooler. I'm using the stock thermal paste on the cooler and I am not overclocking. The ambient temp in my room are around 75-80f. I am getting anywhere between 31-41c with the CPU at around 50% load. I haven't had a chance to run prime95 or other...

I have Windows 7 Ultimate (retail), can I install it on a new hard drive using the same key? This is for a new PC, new motherboard, graphics card, etc. if that matters
