Wierd icon showing on photos, documents, etc.

Going to buy GTX 960 4GB VRAM. Will my processor affect FPS?
Planning on buying the gtx 960 (4gb). I have a AMD FX 4130 processor (quad core @ 3.8 ghz). Will this affect my FPS when I'm playing for example Far Cry 4 on high/ultra?- Siprian
