Vrm temps are rarely a problem, if they correctly cooled. But there is not much point in overclocking the memory, especially in gaming, so you should probably concentrate on the vcore. Unfortunatly some models doesn't come with sensor in that area, take for exemple the EVGA issue in 2016 and how...

If your temps are fine, it's probably a voltage issue. 1,29V is not big at all, so put a little bit more if you want further overclock - Do not forget, never go above 1,45 and 85c is the max temp you should have
