UPDATE I'm still losing more free memory, yet I'm not downloading anything on my computer. All I'm doing is watching offline videos and that's it.

So I really don't download alot of stuff. But the problem is, my computer is storing more useless data. 2 weeks ago, my free-memory was 240GBs. Now, it's 190GBs. I don't have the restore system setting on, yet it still backs up my files. How can I delete the files that are restoring for no reason?
