I am running the latest driver but I don't think I reinstalled after swapping the cards.

Definitely not clogging it. I'm trying it now and the screen shut off about 6-8 inches before even touching my jeans.

Fixed my issue, it was my overclock! Thought it was at 1.30, it was at 1.29. Bumped it up and the error didn't occur anymore. Is there a way to remove this question?
