The BIOS is on version 4602. The ram I have isn’t on the QVL. And I did need to optimize one of my drives which I did, and it doesn’t seem to have helped.

I don’t have any yellow triangles. My components are: Asus prime x470 Ryzen 7 2700x Gigabyte rtx 2070 16gb ddr4 Corsair vengeance RAM EVGA 700B power supply

Everything is super low even when having issues with task manager. In game I am getting about 30 fps and nothing is close to maxing out. CPU 10%, RAM 35%, GPU 20% and the storage usage is about 50%
