Bit Defender (which I use) has poor customer support. There is also an issue with retrieving files that the software deletes that it should not have. This is a serious and widely acknowledged problem that the company refuses to address and fix.

Is there any company that is making laptops with a 4:3 ratio these days? Having on to my Lenovo as long as I can, but am feeling the need more and more to upgrade. I would gladly pay more for that 4:3 ratio.
