    You should find an option about it in the bios. Should apparently be under Advanced and then LED control

    You should probably be fine if you upgrade the PSU, people have been hooking up similar GPU's to even older core2Quad CPU's and had it working. It's just worth noting that you are taking a Gamble. But you absolutely must upgrade your PSU!
