News ASRock issues BIOS update to address Ryzen 9 9800X3D failures, warns of 'misinformation' about failures

I run an ASRock Taichi with my 5800X and haven't had any issues. The only annoyance is that I cannot get my four slots of RAM to run at rated speed, but that's probably a QVL issue since I didn't get sticks on their supported list. Outside of that, everything is perfectly fine. First time...

News Nvidia gives away five classic GPUs signed by CEO Jensen Huang personally — the first two are the GeForce 256 and GeForce 8800 Ultra

I had an 8800 GTS 640MB. Loved that card and actually still have it. I don't exactly remember what I paid for it, but I suspect somewhere ~ $500 and that was way back then.

News Apple may switch to 16GB of memory as default for new M4 series — test machines hint at a transition even on the base model

But I thought Apple's 8GB of memory was equal to 16GB of PC memory? Wonder what managed to get ol' Tim to change his tune? Guess that superior Apple design was just a smokeshow after all, eh?
