Is there any mods or methods to reduce the strain

When walking around in skyrim i get a constant 60 fps with v-sync but if a enter a place with more npcs than usual or a city/village/town and some dungeons my game fps goes low to 20-40 Problem with my cpu because i know my system can run skyrim! gtx 750 ti 8gb ram ddr3 Amd fx-4300 3.9ghz

Hi i was playing borderlands 2 today and i notice that i get drops to around 30 fps when playing and this is not normal for a pc of my spec: Gtx 750 ti Fx 4300 amd cpu 8gb ddr3 ram

Huh because when i went to reset the cmos i had no ram in the pc and it still didnt start up

I haven`t tried the old ram yet im doing that tomorrow and i went to reset the cmos but it still didnt power up, do you need ram to reset a cmos? Thanks for the reply btw

Crap so why wont it power up?

The ram came from a pre built pc and yes i think that may be the case
