Yeah, unfortunately CSGO doesn't properly utilize CPUs. I have the setting "-threads 8" in the launch options but I didn't see any increase in performance. I guess I just have to deal with the FPS I have :\ Thanks again for your help man!

My temps are relatively low, haven't exceeded 55°C. Fan speed is set on auto because my temps have been so low.
