I concur the do look missing from the picture, if it's a new mobo I would certainly see if I could return it but of course if you damaged it yourself this would be an issue I guess use it see how it goes, perhaps stress test the CPU and if it BSOD's you'll know why

cant you see when you look at the pins? the pic is hard to decifer there is clearly a gap? have the pins been bent down or removed? what did you bash into the socket?
