I have an x470-f ROG Strix board, and I haven't tried them on other sata ports, but I have tried them individually. I'm not sure my post made my issue apparent, my computer flashes on and then DIRECTLY turns back off in less than a second. That's what led me to believe that my PSU is shorting.

So i changed out my MOBO and CPU from a z270 mb and a 7600k to a x470mb and 2700x. My m.2 which has windows is working beautifully, but whenever i try to plug my other two hard drives in, the computer refuses to boot and it just turns off, no post. My other specs are GTX 1070 32GB 3000mhz RAM...
