    Problem installing window's 7 pro 32bit

    Here is the situation. I just put together a computer from scratch, bought a windows 7 pro 32bit. I get all the way to booting by disk and when the option to make choices comes up I am unable to give any directional commands to the system. how do I fix this problem?
