Well the 9800GTX+ requires a min. of 450w PSU (correct me if i'm wrong), and also requires a PSU with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amp ... and your PSU delivers only 20A ... IF you are considering to upgrade your PSU ... then why not buy the GPU first and test if it works or not ... if it...
