You should be fine especially at that resolution so no bottlenecks I seem to only get occasional bottlenecks on a gtx 970 with that cpu I would maybe recommend 550 or 600w psu.

Considering the cpu you will be bottlenecked by a 950 or a 960 however the cpu is very good for editing etc so i would just go for the 960 as i consider it better value.

With a 970 you should be able to nearly max out everything at 1080p for roughly 3-5 years but if small things such as nvidia hairworks mean that much to you go for it.
