System specs?

Depending on the games that you play a single GTX 1080 or 1080ti wil be drastically better than 980ti's in SLI in terms of performance. Many games do not use the second graphics card so if the games you want to play do then go ahead and get another 980ti otherwise I suggest you go for a single card.

RX 480 is better if you're not going to upgrade anytime soon. Otherwise go with the GTX 1060. I don't see a reason in getting a 970 that you'll have to replace soon anyway.
