I just tried this. I also took out B2 stick of RAM so I just had one 16gb in A2. It came up with a screen saying CMOS has been reset press F2 to run setup which took me in to the bios. I set USB as boot sequence 1, F10 and saved and I let it run but it just took me back to the enter BIOS screen...
