    How to turn off power of USBs after PC shut down?

    Hello, few days ago I installed Windows 10 pro from Windows 7 ultimate. Since installation of Windows 10 my keyboard and mouse remain powered after shut down PC(lights on). I have never had this issue before on W7. Pls Help! This really drives me crazy!
