I changed the GPU to my old one and I got to start my pc up in safe mode (keyboard instantly worked) and I think I have deleted my old driver. I did it through device manager (>display adapter mentioned my graphic card, that clicked device and unistalled it). I also went to my configuration tab...

*update*. My keyboard and mouse don't work anymore after installing new GPU. In BIOS I should be able to do some commands with buttons like F9 etc but after new GPU it won't work. When I plug in keyboard on my laptop, it works so it should be the computers problem.
