I have a MSI gtx 1080ti gaming x trio with an i7 4790k and 2 8GB sticks of ram running at 1867mhz. I am pretty sure my CPU and memory are too slow for my GPU. Also, it runs at around 80 - 90 degrees so I believe its also thermal throttling. Do you think it is a CPU bottleneck causing stuttering...
