I use the windows power icon when I'm turning off the PC. My problem is not related to windows. As I mentioned, my PC wouldn't start, unless I turn off and on the PSU before pressing the power button on the front of the PC. After that it boots fine into windows.

The title says everything. The light MB lights are on, and it clearly has power. But when I try to start it, it does nothing, only after I restart the PSU. It's been like this for 2 months, before that everything was fine. I'm assuming that my PSU is failing, but I don't know it for sure. I've...
