I dont have FXAA or any other AA selected

Everything maxed except Population Variety, not going over the 2gb limit

Oh and I forgot to mention, yesterday when I verified my cache on steam and reinstalled my drivers I got 60-70 FPS average, but now it drops like crazy.

My CPU is a i5 4670k with a H105 cooler, I haven't OC'd it yet since I've been busy. My graphics card is a Zotac GTX 770 2GB. I'm not running out of VRAM since I'm not going over the 2GB limit and I still only get 20-40FPS, is there a problem with my card or what exactly? I've reinstalled all...

Hello, I bought Watch Dogs on uPlay and installed it etc. But when I enter, I see people with Pitch black faces, pitch black clothes. For some reason, I think the graphics error doesn't happen when I'm on windowed, but I really just cant play like that. I'm on an i5 4670k with a GTX 770.
