It's not stable, it still has the same issue but more frequently.

I meant I updated my setup. Only my power source, GPU and SSD aren't new. I'm using windows 10 and had issues making the motherboard recognize it but that is a know issue that's happening with AMD. When you say to remove the GPU you mean the RTX or the one that came with the MB ?
