Lenovo Thinkbook 14 Gen 4 Intel, all specs should be in my account. SKU is S1DH0016US if im right.

I installed my secondary SSD and RAM into my laptop today, and the SSD isn't showing up in File Explorer, though it is showing up in the Task Manager performance taskbar. I am good with hardware, but not with software, what is my issue? On Windows 11 (native, not updated to 11) if that helps.
