FIXED IT!!!! In an act of complete desperation i put the CAP file for my current BIOS version on a USB stick and tried flashbacking it and now it works! Thanks for all the input guys!

I just reset my CMOS settings using the jumper pins, and now i can get into the simple BIOS menu! But the moment i want to go into the advanced mode (where i can enable virtualization) i get the same result. But atleast that's progress!
