So it did somewhat work. Tried Fortnite, and Dying Light 2 with very minimal fps drops. Just the regular drops you would get in a online game. Dying Light 2 is not that optimized anyway. Gonna try Elden Ring when I get home tonight. Thank you for the suggestion.

I'm remebering now as I go through the day that I did turn off something call C-State in CPU tweaking. It had like a down arrow. Pretty sure that did nothing but maybe I didn't turn it off all the way. Got any more suggestions?

To be honest I've tried so many things to the point that I don't even remember if I did or not. I turned off Intel Tubro Boost at some point, set the frequency of my CPU to its base clock, turned off multi core performance. I'll look into this when I get home from work. Will report back.
