Reinstalling windows is a bit over the top for the problem. I have 2 evga gtx 760's an had a driver update from 344.75 to 347.09. I had the same problem an no safe mode driver sweeping helped just wasted time. I just reverted back to the 344.75 driver since the new one didn't really improve or...
