if you can get into your isp's router check the port your are connected to. I was just poking around in the one I have and found it is a fast ethernet port(100mb).

I have one I paired with an i5 3570 and 8GB of RAM. I play World of Tanks at Ultra and I can get PUBG and DAYZ to Medium before I notice any fps issues with them at 1080p.

did you try flushing the dns in cmd prompt? It looks like this: ipconfig /flushdns Can't hurt to try it.

I'm running this game at 55-65 fps @1080p with a i5 3570 and a gtx 750ti.
