It turned out to be an issue with the PSU after all. Replacing it solved the issue, as it was under warranty things went smoothly fine! Thanks for the help everyone!

Yes! It usually idles around 55-60C while gaming can bring it up to 95ish(only on peaks though it usually stays at 70) At this last "turn off" it was on the idle range
