which one is best alienware,MSI,Asus rog

I would go with Asus ROG. Alienware tends to be more pricey and not necessarily worth it. MSI laptops tend to be cheaply made of plastic whereas many of the others have metal chassis (though, this doesnt mean they are bad). Another good option is Lenovo. Their laptops are pretty solid

What vid card is best for me?

well the issue is ellerium mining. The GTX1070 for $400ish would be the best bang for the buck, but the supply has dried because everyone is using them for mining. with low supply, the prices have soared. hence why you see the 1070 selling for only 75 less than a 1080. If you can afford the...

Defragging hard drive takes too long-what to do?

i mean, it will speed things up a bit. and if i remember correctly, will identify any bad sectors. It is worth doing as part of standard computer maintenance, just as you would periodic virus and malware scans, and general things like ccleaner.

Defragging hard drive takes too long-what to do?

I mean, i use to just use windows defrag and it worked fine. It does take a long time, especially for large drives. I will say that it is slowest at the beginning. you will notice large increases in completeness. For whatever reason it doesnt linearly advance. Given that you have such a large...

    Temperature problem, again

honestly, changing the thermal paste is not going to change the temps by that much. The stuff that the manufacturers use is pretty decent these days. The only thing that might help by more than a degree or two is to get a water block for your GPU and then have a massive radiator, but that gets...

    Temperature problem, again

there's no need to update the bios. Bios updates are usually just to support additional processors and such.

    Temperature problem, again

make sure your GPU fan is functional and that the heatsink/fins are clear of dust. Set the GPU fan speed to max. The problem is that your ambient temperature is really high, which means you will not be able to cool your system very well. blowing warm air on a hot component can only cool it so...

    A monitor for this build?

Depends what type of games you play and your budget. if you play FPS's, go for a 2K TN monitor, 144hz, possibly with G-sync. if you play games like Civ or Skyrim, go with a 2K or 4K IPS monitor, 60hz. use PCpartpicker to find a specific model you like with those specs

Should I replace my Hard Drive or?

hmm... you should be able to get away with it for a while, with the idea that you will upgrade the laptop or replace the hard drive in the next year or two. That said, if you start noticing more sectors going back you will want to consider replacing.

Should I replace my Hard Drive or?

It should be fine for a while. What type of drive is it and how old?

    Is My Hard Drive Empty?

If it no longer recognizes windows, then at the very least the master boot record has been wiped. I personally use Active KillDisk to write zeroes to HDDs, which you could use as well. That said, with the MBR deleted, you can install a new OS and if there was undeleted data, it wont be detected...
