    Yeah so I would recommend making those changes and it will be prefect for what you need it for.

    There should be no compatibility issues. Great choice on the power supply. I would change the CPU to a 1500X+ and a mobo that supports it. Also a plus 6 core will help with the rendering.

    My audio driver is Realtek HD Audio and I use the Realtek HD Audio Manager for my recording/playback device settings. I had my default format set to 196,000Hz (Studio) with the noise but when I lowered it to 92,000 Hz (Studio), my problem was fixed.
