got about 400 usd to spent, need advice for upgrade

I use Asus 280X Direct CU II Top for almost 4-5 months, never had any issue. Either Green side or Red side always has a problem, because there's rarely two identical card wil perform the same. got about 400 usd to spent, need advice for upgrade

I'll go with 280X with medium OC out of the box, remember to check the power requirement i.e Sapphire Toxic needs 750 Watt (and remembering your PSU aging). Throw a new pair of DDR3 sticks also a good idea, remembering this day 8GB is a standard (IMO). Also, I'm Indonesian. :)

    Radeon R9 280X Video Output

Look for DVI-I port on the graphic card, it can send the analog signal using DVI-D to VGA converter. Otherwise, try to unplug the card, and align it to your pci-e slot, but before you push it down to the slot, hook up to your HDMI converter. I had the same issue 2 years ago.

    Radeon 280x or 290 ?

Go with the Sapphire 290, but the Tri-X need more power from the psu compare to 280X. Unless you want to get gaming experience over 1080p, 280X still perfect fit.

ASUS Radeon R9 280X DirectCU II or ASUS GRAPHICS CARD GTX 760 2GB DDR5 DC II OC EDITION

Go with R9 280X, or if you need the cuda, I prefer GTX 770 rather than 760.
