Resolution: 1920 x 1080 The games: Mostly FF14 or Monster Hunter Rise. Mobo: Gigabyte z370p d3 I can play 2 games together sometimes no problem but streaming Monster Hunter Rise will mess up my fps.

So, I upgraded my pc not too long ago to a 3070ti gpu and an Intel core i7 9700K cpu and I have 16GB RAM. For some reason I am unable to stream and play a game at the same time even when I lower the stream quality. CPU runs at a constant 100% but the temperature gets to max 68 degrees C.
