So I built this computer Last year, and this issue didn't always occur, basically whenever I initially boot my pc, it freezes at the bios screen, but when I hard shut down then reboot its perfectly fine? It's kinda strange tbh, and im hoping theres a fix of some sort, I thought about flashing...

Asus Tuf x470 pro gaming Ryzen 2600 Hard drive and ram are irrelivent No display currently and I can't understand why?
