I would like to keep it under $200 but I understand that these can be expensive so money is not that much of an issue

So I recently bought an intel i7 9700f to upgrade from my i5. My current motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z270XP-SLI-CF and I unfortunately found out the hard way that these two components are not compatible. If I want to upgrade to my CPU and have the options to upgrade my GPU later down the road...
