Does updating bios is risky..?

I heard that h81 mobo needs bios update to run i3 4150, so is any h81 mobo runs i3 4150 without updating bios....?

Is corsair vs450W psu is able to run gtx 960.? I want to overclock gtx 960 and i am confuse in zotac gtx 960 amp edition and asus strix gtx 960 direct cu ll. Which performs better when overclocked and which has better overclocking potential..? Rest of specs i3 4150 Asus h81 mobo 2×4gb ram...

Which monitor should i buy, 15.6 inch monitor (1366×768) or 18.5 inch monitor (1366×768 ). I am also planning to buy gtx 960 with it for gaming so please tell me which monitor is good and there is any graphics difference between these two..? because there ppi may be vary....

Yah I will upgrade my ram too......2-3month ago I bought a HD 7750 card but it didn't run on my mobo........ I install it in my friends PC it work in it but not in mine........I am woring about it that it supports r9 270 or not......
