Nevermind. Still no idea why this happened, but I reset the BIOS twice and now things seem to be working as expected. Hopefully it stays that way.

Hi all, I have a 6700k a Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 7 and having a lot of issues with the dynamic VCore. On a modest 4.4 Ghz OC, I am stable at 1.28 set manually for the VCore. When I put VCore into "normal" - which it says is 1.30V, and set an offset of even -0.010V, I get boot error every time...
