Should i go with 3900x or 3950x for hevc video encoding, is 3950x worth the extra price - i understand it has best binned silicon, better chance of silicon lottery, and that it runs a bit cooler than 3900x and consumes about the same in terms of power but, is it really worth it?

It keeps reseting itself to high perfomance even i set to balanced, go play one game and come back to see that its high perfomance again, why it is like that?

so i connected external hdd to computer because, wanted to update my stored files on there like pictures music and such, and in that process i deleted some files which i dont need from my computer, also from ''copy'' folder in the external hdd, after deleting them i went to recycle bin to empty...

as the name says any good full tower cases up to 200 dollar or 150 pounds with normal airflow, and drive cages better be removable, i would like the cooler master maker 5 but its mid tower case im just thinking is '' Corsair Obsidian 750D Airflow'' case good?
