Somehow got both to work on 3200 and was able to get into windows, but doing a quick HCI MemTest, it immediately gave me errors, where it should normale give no errors, even if you run it overnight. Tried doing a MemTest of 8GB on 2133 using both DIMMs, and at the moment of writing, I'm at 340%...

Not only your RAM is under the minimum spec, but your GPU is also not sufficient to play Rise of the Tomb Raider. You have a 2GB GT 1030 and you need at least a 4GB GTX 970. As for games for your specs, you could play Crysis 2 and 3, Far Cry 3/4, Skyrim or of course the 2013 Tomb Raider game...
