    No he doeesn't need all the updates. The fix is out See this: https://abopc.blogspot.in/2016/05/windows-update-memory-leaksolved.html It's a bug in windows update service wuauserv. MS released the final fix in march 2016. It solved the problem for EVERYONE. Do try and tell your experience.

    you can stop the service yes, you should not end svchost task as it will create performance issues. To stop the problematic service go to task manager>process(tab)>right click svchost using most resources>click go to services Scroll throgh the services, the highlighted services are the...
