Strange, it is not common but it happens once in a while for my PC. Do you mean the small fan on the cooler? It is spinning. Also it is impossible to make it upside-down unless I have a water cooling cable double the length.

Does that mean whenever it goes above 85C it can damage the CPU? Would doing the BIOS setting reduce performance for gaming too? Or it only affects softwares using that "AVX Instruction Sets"?

Come to think of it the case is preventing me from seeing the fans of the cooler and the other side is blocked by the metal plates of the cooler. Can I just remove the front case when the PC is on with this case?
