The light on the cpu debug comes for a split second and the fans try to come on but it all quickly dies.

What I have tried so far. Both ways with the memory Cleared CMOS Flashing the board (it completed) Power supply was checked on another system Checked the power connection Case power button

I’ve went as far as removing everything and just powering the board. Does the same. I think I have a bad mobo. My power supply is good.
