I built my pc with an apu and decided to upgrade and get a separate graphics card. I installed the graphics card drivers and when my monitor is plugged into the graphics card my screen is just black and says no signal. not really sure what the problem is...

I originally built me computer with an apu(graphics card and cpu) and today I put in my new graphics card, but I am unsure which my computer is actually using. Is there a way to check if my computer is using the apu graphics card or the separate graphics card?
