If you've mentioned what CPU multiplier you're using I can't find it. To lower GPU fan speeds download a program called Rivatuner.

FSB would have to be 355 MHz. With a x2 multiplier that would run your memory at 710 MHz 1:1. I think I'd squeeze as much out of the memory as you can though.
